At the end of 2008 I finally understood that if I did not change my life style when it came to the way I viewed food and exercise I would find myself in the grave at a young age. I knew that I wanted to be in good health long after I turn 70 years old. In December of 2008 I saw Dr. Gray’s ad for MD Weight loss and knew that I would need help if I was going to make a change for the better. I called Dr. Gray’s office in January 2009 and made an appointment.
I have been going to see Dr. Gray every month since my first appointment. Dr. Gray helped me see that I was not going on a diet, but I was changing my life. I was diagnosed with a form of arthritis when I was 21, and had been in pain everyday no matter how much medication I took. I used to take ibuprofen every day that was until I was able to start to get my weight under control.
Today I eat healthy fresh foods only for energy to get me through the day. I eat six small meals a day and work out on average one hour a day. I feel like I am finally living my life and not just existing. Today my goal has changed from weight loss to maintaining a healthy lifestyle losing more body fat. In the last year my waist has gone from a size 40 to a size 31, and I have lost half of the body fat that I once had. I would recommend Dr. Gray to anyone whom is looking for a life change, and I have. My parents and my sister and brother in-law now see Dr. Gray because of the success he has helped me achieve.
