Jenny lost 20 pounds!


Since there is a strong family history of both heart and diabetic problems, I have long been concerned about my health. After my blood work in July 2012, my doctor pointed out my rising cholesterol and glucose levels, which have a strong connection to weight. After a month of trying to lose weight myself, I then decided to put myself under Dr. Gray’s weight loss program. Since October 2012, and on the Paleo diet, I have lost 20 pounds and my blood levels have reduced to near normal levels. I have also maintained an exercise regimen of walking and planned exercise staying close to the 3 hours a week that was recommended. I am so excited that at last something is working for me… Jenny
